The Thatcher James Swanson Memorial Foundation was incorporated on October 8th, 2020 in Illinois as a Not-for-Profit organization, and is registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 85-3378972). Donations of cash or property to the Foundation are deductible by the donor for income tax purposes as charitable contributions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
